The foundation of Mahakal Institute of pharmaceutical sciences was laid by society PRASAR SHIKSHAN EVAM SEVA SANSRHAN, with its mission for overall development in educational and social field. The institute began with a duty to provide world class education and training which enable students to adapt, excel and succeed in the fast changing global working environment and to be known as the best pharmacy collage/ institute in India.

The institute admits students to B.Pharm course through Directorate Technical Education (DTE) M. P. Norms decided by state Government.

MIPSc have a humble beginning in 2025. It is affiliated by Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal and approved by Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and recognized by Director of Technical Education Bhopal M.P. The institute offers B. Pharm course.
