We at MIT are committed for providing high-quality technical education to our students since last 22 years. The valuable contribution of our faculties towards the generation of knowledge, their dedication for providing par excellence learning eco-system, delivery of quality teaching, thoughtful mentoring ensure the future success of our students, We have state-of-the-art infrastructure, including well-equipped laboratories, libraries, and computer labs, to aid in your learning.
Our core aspiration is to provide an Excellence in Education and we believe to transform an individual in to a technology superior and socially conscious person, who can feel responsibility for Nation as a citizen.
I firmly believe that the purpose of education goes beyond merely imparting technical knowledge and skills. Our institute does not just serve as a hub for academic excellence; rather it is an abode for fostering human values and nurturing students who will turn out to be responsible citizens.
Technological advancements and competition have pushed people to value ‘success more than anything else’. While it's crucial to aspire and achieve success, it should not come at the cost of neglecting human values. Therefore, it becomes our duty as educators to instill values like empathy, kindness, and compassion among our students.
The Institute has always propagated this belief, which is reflected in our curriculum, extracurricular activities, and overall campus culture. We have introduced various programs and initiatives such as the National Cadet Corps (NCC), which instills values such as discipline, teamwork, and leadership among our students.
We also have a dedicated Training and Placement Office (TPO) that helps our students to prepare with courses designed to keep up with industry trends for their careers and assists them in securing suitable placements.
We inspire them to become leaders through our Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) that nurtures entrepreneurial skills and encourages students to come up with innovative ideas, where they can use their technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to grow their own business.
At the same time we encourage our students to engage in events and initiatives like various student clubs and communities such as blood donation by organizing camps at our campus, we inspire them to volunteer in public participations like ShivJyoti Arpanam - A social event to enlighten 21 lakh Diyas at Ramghat, Ujjain on MahaShivratri. In doing so, we hope to create graduates who are not only excellent engineers but also empathetic and socially responsible individuals and connect them with the communities around us.
Apart from this, we also provide our students with ample opportunities for personal development. Our students are engaged in numerous extracurricular activities, like sports where our Sports committee provide students the opportunity to represent us at various national, state and nodal levels and cultural clubs in which students can participate and showcase their talents.
I urge all our students to take advantage of the numerous opportunities provided by our Institute to develop these human values. As you progress in your career, always remember the lessons learnt within these walls, and strive to make a positive contribution to the society.
