Dr. Suresh Chandra Mahajan is the Director of Mahakal Institute of Pharmaceutical Studies (MIPS). He
had his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Dr. H. S. Gaur Vishwavidhyalya, Sagar (MP) and Ph.D.
from Devi Ahyliya Vishwavidhyalya, Indore. Dr. Mahajan has a colossal experience of 36 years in the
field of Pharmacy teaching and research. Before joining Mahakal group of Institutes, he served at
various academic Institutes in different capacity.
He is a life member of The Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), New Delhi, Indian Society
of Pharmacognosy (ISP), Sagar (MP), Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI),
Bangalore and Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA), Mumbai. He has published various research
papers in National and International Journals of repute. He is a strict disciplinarian and a
well-balanced personality.
He has chaired many scientific sessions in national as well international conferences/seminars. He
has guided a great number of UG and PG projects. Under his proficient guidance, medicinal garden is
developed at the MGI campus.
