MIM is a member of All India Management Association (AIMA) national Apex Body of the management professional with active support of the government of India and Corporate Sector. AIMA is intended as a cause group a body to pool management thoughts in the country; a forum to develop a national managerial ethos; an organization to facilitate the furtherance of the profession and its contribution to society. AIMA is recognized for its national stature, upheld by a broad base of 61 Local Management Association (LMAs) including two cooperating Associations in abroad with over 30000 Professional Individual Members and 3,000 corporate organizations a s Institutional Members.
In the series of having strong industry interface MIM is the member of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). CII works to create and sustain an environment conducive to the growth of industry in India, partnering industry and government alike through advisory and consultative processes.
MIM is affiliated with NHRD Network, Hyderabad which was constituted to strengthen HRD movement in India. The Institution gives a forum for interaction among HRD professionals.
Extending our hands towards the small enterprises in state and the country, MIM is associated with Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) which was established by Government of India, as a wholly owned subsidiary of IDBI. SIDBI’S assistance flows to all the small sector industries, transport, and health care and tourism sectors and also to the professional sectors and also to the professional and self-employed persons setting up small-sized professional ventures.
MIM is affiliated with The Association of Indian Management Schools(AIMS) was formed in 1988 as a network of management schools in the country at the National Conference of the Heads of Management Education Institutions on “National Education Policy and its Implications for Management Education in the Country” held at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore in April 1988
AIMS have since grown in to a powerful body for management school s in the country with a membership of about four hundred Institutes. AIMS is the second largest network of management schools in the world.
MIM is associated with the Indian Society for Technical Education is a national, Professional, non-profit making society registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860. First started in 1941 as the Association of Principals of Technical Institutions (APTI), it was converted into “Indian Society for Technical Education” in 1968 with a view to enlarge its activities to advance the cause of technological education.
